About us The Early Years

L.E.L. Services

Established 1950.

Lionel Edward Lewis Landragin (Deceased)

Lionel Edward Lewis Landragin Established L.E.L. Services in May 1950, repairing conventional and electric vehicles, milk floats, and electrically propelled hand carts, in both medical and dairy use.

In the Mid 1960's a contract was started with Atlas Equipment ( London) Ltd (U.K. Winkler Agents) repairing Winkler Roll machines, roll plants, and ovens. These were in general use until 2010 and there are a number of items still in bakeries around the U.K.

The days of Winkler Germany, has long gone, and  since the German company closed, the machines became obsolete.

L.E.L. Services, then moved towards General Engineering in the Bakery Industry, working in large plant and smaller bakeries. Sub-contracting to manufacturers and machinery sales companies, commissioning and servicing installations.

We have a good history, and great reputation.

There is much more to be achieved.
